For any of your requirements, we follow the best workflow processes to ensure that our products are always at the forefront of the industry.

The specific workflow of AOZORA WIRELESS is as follows:

PPM (Feasibility Study)

Phase Objective: Determine the feasibility and preliminary scope of the project, clarify its goals, scope, and feasibility, and conduct preliminary requirement analysis and feasibility study.

Key Activities: Completion of the project charter. This is an formal document that specifies the project's objectives, scope, budget and schedule. The approval of the project charter signifies the official commencement of the project.

EVT(Engineering Verification Test Phase)

Phase Objective:  To conduct preliminary validation of the product design to ensure that the main functions of the product design are achievable.

Key Activities: The product exists in the form of engineering prototypes, which may have numerous issues. The focus is on verifying the main functions of the product, such as product functionality testing for mobile phones (speaker, receivers, Bluetooth, etc.), to facilitate modifications and adjustments to the product design by R&D personnel.

DVT(Design Verification Test Phase)

Phase Objective: In this phase, all product designs have been finalized. The focus is on testing the product's entire performance to ensure that all designs meet the specifications.

Key Activities: In addition to software and hardware testing, reliability testing is also required. This includes the Six Sigma tests (reliability, safety, maintainability, supportability, testability, and environmental adaptability) to ensure the quality and reliability of the product design.

PVT(Production Verification Test Phase)

Phase Objective: This stage involves a limited trial production run to ensure that the main functions of the product design are fully realized and meet the required standards, enabling the factory to produce products that strictly adhere to the design specifications in accordance with the standard operating instructions.
Key Activities: The Production Validation Test (PVT) phase is a crucial transition from the design phase to the production phase. It ensures product quality and production efficiency through verification and testing within the actual manufacturing process.

MP(Mass Production Phase

Phase Objective: Following the design, testing, review, and debugging/modification processes in the aforementioned stages, the product design is fully aligned with the design specifications and customer requirements, allowing the factory to commence mass production of products ready for market launch.
Key Activities: The product is ready to enter large-scale production to meet market demands and customer expectations.

These stages represent the core components of the AOZORA WIRELESS customized product development process. At each phase, our dedicated team members are responsible for engagement and contact.
